Our Services
Permanent Nannies are employed to work in your home between one and five weekdays per week on a long-term basis.
These sought-after professionals, varying in ages and personalities, share a common passion for nurturing children and embody a positive, friendly demeanor.
Placement Consultants listen to your needs carefully and interview each of our Nannies in-person so that we can match your Nanny's values, personality, teaching and learning passions with that of your Family's. This boutique-style selection process is unique to Dream Nanny, and helps to ensure happy, long-lasting and successful Auckland Nanny placements.
All Dream Nannies have a minimum level of childcare experience and/or childcare qualifications, a current first aid certificate, a full and clean drivers licence and their own car.
10 weeks to 10 months
If you need an Auckland Nanny for over 10 weeks yet less than 10 months then we can match your family with a Fixed Term Nanny. Fixed Term Contracts work well for families who need a Nanny for longer than a temp assignment but don't need a permanent employee.
If you find an Auckland Nanny privately, we can support you with payroll, interview and reference checks, a standard employment agreement, the Dream Education Programme and access to Ministry of Education and WINZ subsidies. Enquire Here.
Let us make paying your Auckland Nanny easy and take the pain away from weekly calculations of ACC, PAYE, KiwiSaver annual leave and sick pay balances.
Performance Appraisals
Here at Dream our Placement Consultants can facilitate your Nanny’s annual appraisal review and update the employment agreement and job description on your behalf. Contact us to find out more.
